In the Product Designer role you will:

• Work directly with the CEO/Head of Engineering & Product to serve our mission
• Lead feature design from initial concept through polished execution
• Create holistic design solutions that balance user needs with business requirements
• Communicate directly and often with engineering teams to ensure alignment
• Iterate constantly on designs to maximize customer value
